Is there just some big computer that spits out matches?
Of course not! Everything we do is personalized-from the first time we meet you, to the matches that we select for you. Matchmaking is not a science; it’s a process of getting to know you and what you’re looking for and using that information—and our instincts—to select the people who are the best match for you.
How do the dates work?
Once we’ve selected a match for you, we’ll call you to tell you all about the person and why we think you will make a great match. Confidentiality is key! Only first names are provided and we never reveal a match’s address or phone number. We’ll provide you with plenty of details about your match that will help jump start conversation once you meet! Everything we’ve learned about you—as well as the feedback you’ve provided throughout your membership –plays a role in the matching process.
